Thanks for your message, if your confirmation email wasn't sent or expired, you can resend it to yourself. Simply login to your BitCard account and navigate to the "withdrawal" section. Then click on the airplane icon under "actions" for the transaction you need it for and it will resend the confirmation. I hope this helps and if you have further questions please let us know.
