How long does the verification process take?
Verification usually takes between 30 seconds and three days. About 80% of our users are verified immediately through our automatic program, whereas about 20% need to be manually reviewed and that process typically takes a few days.
The best way to make sure that verification goes quickly is to read and follow the guidelines included in the verification process and to take clear photos of your ID.
Do not use the flash on your phone, as the glare can make the ID hard to read.
The photo of your ID must be taken in clear indirect light (such as window light) on a flat surface and be completely legible. You will also need to make sure that the address and name you provide matches exactly to the ID you uploaded, including all middle and last names, and please don't use nicknames!
If you would like to upload new versions of documentation, including clearer photos of your ID or proof of address, you may do so on your profile page.
Please do not contact support unless three business days have passed.
