For best results, please follow some of these simple rules…
For front of ID:
1) Make sure the ID fits in the entire screen of your phone (no small pics)
2) Make sure the image is completely clear (not out of focus)
3) Double check the image before you accept and continue
For back of ID:
1) An orange box will appear.
2) The goal is to fit the bar code on the back of your ID in the box.
3) When accepted, the box will turn green and will take the picture for you.
