Redeeming your BitCard® and withdrawals
When redeeming your card, if you do not see a balance after paying out, the funds are in transit to you and will arrive in your account within 24 hours. We have an option for instant payout where for a small fee your fund will arrive within 15 minutes. Please be sure that your BTC wallet address is correct, once the payout is initiated it cannot be reversed.
If you attempt to redeem 3 times and your card gets logged out, please contact support for assistance.
If you do not have access to the email associated with your account and you can’t confirm the withdrawal, please let us know and we will be happy to help. Note: this process can take up to 24 hours.
