Why haven’t I received my bitcoin yet?

Thank you for your inquiry, I am happy to help you with this. Your bitcoin will be in your wallet on the platform. If you are trying to transfer it to another platform, it can take around 72 hours to show up in the new platform. At the moment, all bitcoin is held in cold storage wallets as a precautionary measure and can take 12-24 hours to process but it can sometimes occur much sooner than that.
We are in the process of adding hot wallets for our customers that need to move their bitcoin faster. We expect to have this service available before September 12th, 2021. These transactions will usually boradcast to the blockchain within 15-60 minutes.
